The customer service was insanely good. I think I spoke with Nina, she was absolutely lovely and Incredibly helpful. It didn't feel like she was "pushing a sale" onto me, it was more of a chat about my skin and what she think would work best, and coming from her experience with the products aswell. Very pleased and bought a recommended face mask. Great service and really good conversation, so thank you for giving me the time of day to figure out what's good for me. 😁

Erin is fabulous! Knew exactly what I needed for a gift for my friend who is an expectant mother. The whole team in the shop are so friendly and helpful, and make me feel good whilst shopping and when leaving the store.

I just tried the Lush shampoo and it was WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. Huge thanks to Nina for helping me pick the perfect one! She was so knowledgeable and friendly - I ended up with a shampoo that smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling fabulous.

Went in looking for a gift for my friend, with an idea in mind but not exactly knowing what to get. After asking Ruth for help she guided me through the different options that were avaliable to me, making sure to give me the best service possible by answering all my questions. Thanks to her help I left with the perfect gift to give at Christmas!!
