Always our favourite lush store to go into! My little girl adores the staff in here and today Zahra went above and beyond with her service to make that experience worthwhile. I am sure when we are next in we will be along again for the glitter fairy dust! Leaving with plenty of bath bombs! Great asset to the team x
I was in store today and meet Kenzie, the first time doing some shopping and she was really informative and helpful. The second time well what can I say, she blew me away with her professionalism, it turn out the first time well was in the shop my fiver year old accidentally put a product in her coat pocket, fast forward to us finding it, she was in tears,scared she would get told off for taking something. I had the loveliest experience at Lush today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the girl who helped me was amazing her name was Serish — so friendly and genuinely helpful. The product I originally wanted was sold out, but she took the time to show me alternatives I might like instead. She asked if I was shopping for myself, and I said no, just for everyone else. I visited last week to buy a gift. I was greeted by Ayesha, who offered to help me and was very knowledgable in her answers of product and gift selections etc. Her attention to detail was fantastic, making notes of stuff I had said in passing (natural born yapper), and ultimately helping me find the perfect gift. She even went as far as suggesting I download the app to get £3 off my purchase today, which I did and was very pleased with.
