I had such a wonderful experience at Lush a couple weeks ago. When I gave my friend some flowers as a thank you, the staff noticed and were soo kind and warm about it. Their friendliness and positivity truly stood out, it made an already sweet moment even better 🌹

We had my daughter's 9th birthday party at Lush Kingston last Thursday and we had such a wonderful experience. Massive shout out to Hootie who did a fabulous job and somehow managed to keep 9 children totally focussed and having so much fun from beginning to end. I've had so many messages from the other parents saying how much their children loved it and are still talking about it! Next generation of customers right there 😄!! Xx

Amazing staff in this store! So so helpful, they make the whole experience so this is what my 5 stars is for. I went in today for some spooky treats for myself but the music was so intensely loud, I wanted to leave ASAP so didn't want to spend any time having a good browse. I found it very overwhelming which is a shame as I normally enjoy my trips to here, and I feel for the staff having to work in there for the entire day.

Excellent service and pleasant experience! Walked in unsure of what would be best for my sensitive skin but was swiftly attended to by Henry. Very knowledgeable and helped with a smile, walked out with a new favourite!

I study in Kingston and I often pop into the Kingston lush branch and all of the workers are absolutely divine! They are all so attentive and excited to help me out. Particularly I’d like to give a shout out to Leo! Such a wonderful human being who gave me all the lush testers my heart desired, and lots of advice on how I can properly care for my hair and skin
