Came into store today as I sometimes do and wasn't having the best day. Going to the till, Robyn gave me the best customer service that I've seen anyway in years. Even though I'm not much a talker she instantly made me feel good, and it's rare to find people like that. If you see this, thank you. Really needed some kindness today :)

I go into LUSH Ipswich once or twice a month to stock up on bath bombs and hair care products (Avocado co-wash and curl power) and I love it in there. Robyn has served me my last two/three trips and she made my day each time. She gave me a few samples today of products (which I loved!) and always comes over to say hello whilst I’m browsing to offer help. Even when I don’t need help she’s always on hand and genuinely makes me laugh when I’m in the store, will always go here!

Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I was served by Sally and since it was my first time shopping at Lush, she pointed me out to specific items that best suited me. Sally even gave me a free bath bomb on the house as it had a chip in it. Genuinely wholesome, a small act of kindness can go a long way.
