Rude staff
Popped in today to have a chat about possible beard care products and was assisted by the wonderful Maisie. She was very knowledgable and helpful, walking us through different options and ideas, giving her own experiences with the products, and having a laugh with us. Ended up leaving with the Kalamazoo and a sample of a leave in conditioner, which was very kind of Maisie to give us. Thanks for all your help!!!

I want to say the biggest thank you to a wonderful staff member at Lush today. She had gorgeous orange hair, orange and purple nails, a green cardigan and glasses — sadly I didn’t get her name, but I’ll never forget her kindness. I came in to make a little gift for my dad after a tough hospital appointment, and she spent so much time with me helping me choose.
