I always have a pleasant experience at Lush. A variety of different items and scents, and the staff are always willing to help. Thanks to Libbie for all the help finding the items I needed, including finding the items without certain allergens, and thank you so much for my sample pot- it smells amazing 😍. Can't wait to shop at Lush again, it's by far my favourite shop 🤩

The staff are obviously lovely and it’s not their fault in any way shape or form, But I am soo sick of the intensity of the customer service, every one of my friends refuses to come in with me because its so intense and I have to psych myself up to come in to store… managers I presume don’t let the staff read body language. I have headphones on, I don’t want you to keep talking to me..
