All I have to say is Hannah deserves a raise!! I normally never leave reviews but she was so helpful, and such a sweetheart- she immediately helped me find what I was looking for, and even went out of her way to run through better options for me - she’s an absolute gem and lush is lucky to have her as part of the team!! 💎

I visited the Blue Water Lush store as i wanted to purchase a massage bar to relieve pain for long standing health conditions . Emi V offered me a lovely arm massage with the CBD bar . Emi was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. LUSH needs more Emu V ‘s . Thank you for an amazing experience. You deserve more than 5 stars . 😊

Came in here this morning (13.8.25) for the first time, I was helped out by the man working there he was so so lovely and helped me out with everything I needed and made me feel so welcomed. Will definitely be returning!🥰

We recently went to a make it session at the Bluewater store and made a bath bomb. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it, I felt the session was really good value. Sarah was a fantastic host, made all the children feel included and was very patient. Would definitely book on for another session again!

Absolutely love Lush in Bluewater- the products look so lovely and smell amazing, also the staff are always so kind and lovely, each time I go there they always ask if I'm okay and if I'd like any help which I absolutely love about them, very helpful! Next time I may purchase a shampoo and conditioner from Lush as I really wanna try their shampoo and conditioner !
