They were nice as they always are. They didn't offer to try the products on us as usual was looking for something so super dry skin. She showed wee the product was. I was a little disappointed because usually they show you what it does. They seemed to want to stand around and talk to one another instead. I did get some samples I requested though and that was awesome. I love this place.

By far the most helpful and generally just the best Lush I have visited - all the employees have been fantastic. I truly appreciated all of their help.

I love LUSH's products as a brand. But this location has some poor customer service. Had been waiting in front of Lush for them to open at 10am today. Lots of employees gathered around changing a display. Doors still locked at 10:15am. One woman who appeared to be a friend of an employee was let in to shop, then the doors were locked again. As far as I know there isn't any exclusive event. So this is ridicolous. I still like their products, but I will probably have to order online now.

I always get the best service as well as demos to show me how the products work which is very helpful in deciding. I truly love my visits to lush thanks to the wonderful staff!
