Two of my friends and I had gone in and had nothing but amazing help from Cassie, Mariah and Nick. All three helped us with samples, and just enjoying talking to us. I was planning to just buy my products online because it's easier but due to the friendliness of the staff, I will continue to come in the store!!
Held a private Lush party there this evening - it was super fun. We got to try out all the products, see all the new holiday items, put on masks and lip scrubs and hand treatments... Basically, it was a Lush wonderland! The staff was knowledgable and enthusiastic, and made it a great time. Thanks, Mariah, Freya, and PJ at Lush Hilldale!
As soon as I heard about Lush I had to check it out. Been to a few different locations but this one is by far the best I've visited. The staff, Caitlin in particular, are so friendly, attentive, and helpful. I've always had questions but never felt comfortable enough to ask them. Not the case at this store. She helped both myself and my mother find exactly what we needed, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or rushed the entire time even with other customers in the store (who were also helped). I have been to lush twice now, and not going to stop going! The first time I just bought some bath bombs and the oily moisturizing ones too. My entire apartment smelt wonderful and my skin felt great. This time I decided to try the soaps, I got the "sexy peel ". It smells amazing. Afterwards it feels like I just put lotion on, without the greasy feeling. It's awesome. The only thing negative I would say is it is a little pricy, but you pay more for better quality, so I don't mind.
My experience at this location had been nothing but wonderful. The staff is always willing to help and answer all your questions. I love that the samples that they give you are big enough to actually be able to tell that the product works well!

I've been to this location only 3 times and each time has been a pleasant experience. I first discovered Lush in Europe many years ago and now that we have a few in WI, I am so thrilled. But this specific Lush location is fabulous. I will drive 2 hrs to shop here! This past weekend, I brought my sister-in-law in for a girls' day out and Hilary hooked us up with some wonderful products and facials. She was a great help.
