Great experience taking a tour around the Hilldale Madison store with Nick. He showed me the products without trying to push me into any purchases. The products sell themselves. My questions were answered and I was able to test anything I liked. I will definitely be back again!
Overall, I had a great experience visiting Lush for the first time! Nick was really helpful, and I love the products he recommended. He also offered me samples of different products to try before I buy them, which was nice! I'd highly recommend talking to Nick as he is very knowledgeable about the company and all the products they offer.
Never been to Lush before, Lorelie was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Will be back for more!
What an amazing experience! My daughter and I were greeted at the door by a sweet person with a very handsome Walter. Then we spent a large chunk of time being pampered and helped happily by Fraya. We will definitely be back again very soon for more goodies and pampering. :)

Visited Lush today to treat myself to some new things that I could add to my regimen. I was helped by Nick, who was one of the best retail employees I've ever encountered! Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the products, but he knew tons about Lush's background and vision. He listened to what I needed and then gave really good suggestions for products I might like. Will definitely be coming back to this location, and I recommend talking to Nick to learn about everything Lush!
