One of my favorite stores! Love the products and staff!
Everyone here is always so helpful and friendly! They're very knowledgeable about the products as well! I always try to make a stop in when I'm in the area.
My visit to LUSH was phenomenal. All of the sweet and helpful ladies there could not have been more of a help. Both my mother and I enjoyed talking to every employee there, and love visiting the store while in town. Lauren and another wonderful woman (who I can't remember her name sadly, yet she had teal hair) were beyond patient in answering all of our questions, and so helpful in finding the right products. We will return, and we are thankful to have such amazing employees at our local LUSH

Five stars are not enough to describe my experience at this LUSH location! Kat is a treasure - friendly, helpful, funny, laid back. I felt comfortable asking each and every one of my silly questions and left feeling 110% confident that my concerns were listened to and that I had the right products for me. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone in the future! Keep up the amazing work!
Staff was so friendly and helpful! My friend and I got a complete tour of the store, were able to try all of the products, and heard about the philosophy behind Lush cosmetics. I bought two products and both have exceeded my expectations.
I've always been a fan of Lush but I never knew there was a store at Hilldale Mall! My friend and I went in for the first time and the ladies there were wonderful. They walked us through all of the products, answered all our questions, and even gave us a demonstration on how the bubble bath looked! The atmosphere was wonderful and friendly and I ended up buying the Silky Underwear powder and the Rub Rub Rub scrubbing bar. Made a visit to Lush to pick up a few things and to introduce the products/store to a couple of my friends, and our visit was awesome! Nick took us under his wing and really educated us on each product type there was, their benefits, and encouraged us to try them out. He seemed very passionate about Lush's story and was eager to share. We'll be visiting again :)
Hill dale is a great mall but when my friend and I went shopping today no one truly made our experience as awesome as lush. Tj gave us a full tour of the store and showed us all the amazing products. He interacted one on one with us and made us feel so welcome. The products are great. My friend and I left smiling. Best store and will be back !!
