I LOVE Lush and this store is no exception. I came in with a specific skin concern I wanted to address and Laura helped me. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She demoed a few cleansers for me and she had recommendations for a toner, mask, moisturizer, and spot treatment all for my specific needs. She was WONDERFUL. Also just a joy to talk to. Lush only hires the best!
Laura was fantastic and really helped me up my skincare game on my very first visit to Lush. Definitely going back!
Really enjoyed my visit yesterday. The staff was amazing with my young boys and myself. I was treated to a personalized sampling while another staff member let my boys experience the bath bombs. All of us left happy with our purchases! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Hilldale LUSH is the greatest branch I have visited even despite a checkout blip during a trade 5 pots for a facemask. Everyone who assisted me was pleasant. Lorelei and her team were so quick to rectify the situation in a manner that was so generous and didn't require any legwork on my part. If I could rate more than five stars you bet I would!
I think this is the most positive shopping experience I’ve ever had. Staff were attentive and helpful. I’ll for sure be back and thank you for the wonderful experience. We left relaxed and happy.
Stopped in today after Midwest Horse Fair, everyone at Lush is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and when I got home there was a personalized note and a gift bath bomb in my bag stating "Thank you for being a ray of sunshine". Will be giving them my business for a long time. Thank you for a wonderful day!
We love Jade! She made our lush experience personal and fun by suggesting and demoing lots of specific products for our needs. We’ll be back soon!
