I just had the BEST experience here with Kara recently!! I decided to stop in after a bad day at work and was greeted by Kara. I had a few specific items I was looking for and she was able to answer all the questions I had! She demoed multiple products with me and made the best recommendations to fit my routine, needs, and budget. This was my first experience shopping at Lush and I'll absolutely be back to work with her again-- shopping here made my day!

Thursday was my first time there and everyone was super helpful! we got some soaps (which are amazing btw) and a scrub. They also gave us a few samples which I appreciate because I have sensitive skin. I can't wait to go back! 100% reccomend

EVERY time I visit, I walk out knowing exactly how to use what I got. This past weekend I went in with specific issues and after a meds 3 days of use, my temperamental winter skin has already started to turn around. Jade Roller has made the dry areas soft and hydrated and the acne prone areas are clearing up. Love that they have a “cure” for whatever weird thing my skin is doing. Love y’all!! 🥰🥰

I like this store, friendly people and helpful service but I wish they gave everyone a sample with their purchase even if we don’t ask for one because overhearing the lady in front of you get a free sample when she didn’t even have to ask for one then I check out and wasn’t offered one makes me feel left out.

I love talking to this store on the phone! So much information and patient with me! I love it! I call this store weekly. I live an hour from them. I have a lush close to me but I can’t wait visit you all soon!
