I called into the Tag Heuer boutique in early December to look at a watch, from the moment we arrived Jessica went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. My 11 year old was amazed, my wife delighted with her champagne, a wonderful buying experience. 30 minutes later I left with a new watch. Shout out to Jessica for her amazing customer service.
We visited the Victoria Square store earlier today to enquire about a Breitling watch. We were met at the door by a lady who gave us both a frosty reception, we barely got a hello, just a double click on her clicker, my partner also noticed this. I placed an order for a ring on 24th October and was told it would take around 6 weeks. In reality, I didn’t receive it until 14th January, almost three months later. Throughout this time, I phoned regularly to chase the order and was given several different and conflicting explanations for the delay.
