Ludus is the first gym I have ever felt completely comfortable at. Such a range of people attend and everyone is super friendly especially the staff. I am currently doing PT sessions with Robyn and never have I enjoyed working out so much. She pushes me in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend anyone to join up!

I have been seeing Lauren for PT sessions at Ludus for about a year and a half now and I can’t recommend her enough. She is friendly, calm and really knowledgeable and has taken the time to get to know me and understand how far to push me so that I can get the most out of our sessions. Sometimes I have come to her with a low-level injury and I have always been confident in her ability to adapt my training accordingly. I have joined other gyms in the past, but only lasted a couple of months. Mainly because I was too aware of my body weight and age. Especially compared to the skinny and toned young ones! Thought I would try Ludos gym, I must say I’m very happy there and look forward to my sessions every week with Lauren. It’s a small gym, very friendly, and lots of encouragement and support from Lauren and all the staff. I love going to see Lauren (PT) my knowledge of what exercises work what has massively grown. Lauren is also great at creating bespoke plans tailored to my likes and goals. I've made huge gains in strength. The gym is well equipped and is generally not overly busy.
