My husband booked for us to make a silver ring each for our silver wedding anniversary. It was perfect and a really enjoyable experience. Lucy is brilliant at making you fell at ease and helping you make the ring (or lots of other things) you would like. I cannot recommend Lucy enough. The setting of her workshop, Lucy and the product you leave with is excellent value for money. I can't wait to book another session with Lucy. Thank you Lucy.
I booked a spinner ring workshop for my daughters and I, and we had a brilliant time. Lucy was friendly, informative, patient, knowledgeable and so accommodating. We made beautiful rings using our own ideas with the help of Lucy who is a fantastic teacher. We will be booking another workshop soon.
Avoid!! Awful experience. Ordered 2 rings with a 1-2 week dispatch time. After 3 weeks I emailed twice - no response. Called multiple times - no response. Text - no response. What’s app - no response. 4 weeks after the initial order I managed to get hold of Lucy via instagram dm. She said rings would arrive by Thursday 1pm. Friday I asked for tracking as they hadn’t arrived. She said she couldn’t provide tracking so I asked for a refund. She accepted and told me she would refund the £148. Received a ring making workshop voucher as a gift.. We had a great time, really interesting and Lucy was very encouraging as we got to grips with the different processes of ring making. Left with two beautiful silver rings each that look great and we’re really proud of.
