Absolutely loved it! The spa was amazing, the afternoon tea was delightful, and the whole atmosphere felt truly special. Such a peaceful, almost heavenly place — like a little paradise in the English countryside. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently visited **Lucknam Park Spa**, and overall, it was a really lovely and relaxing experience, though there are a few areas where it could be improved. #### **Getting There & First Impressions** The **directions were very straightforward** and easy to follow, which made the journey stress-free. Parking was also simple and convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Our experience was great, lovely place and lovely staff, except the last morning, as we were leaving the arab looking man from the front desk when showing us the recipt. He failed to explain us how it was composed (not the usual way) and we had a charge in our account that diligently had been removed, but didnt care to explain either. He was rude, uninformant and didnt apolagize once, as if it was tacky of us to even look at the recipt. Such a disgrace to have ruined our overall opinion of the place, wont be recommending.
