Had my hair coloured and trimmed by Lou today. Fantastic colour as always, thanks Lou! Both Lou & Grace who were working today were friendly and welcoming. It is always a pleasure to see them, they clearly love their jobs. I just hope that the owner realises what terrific staff she has and treats them as such. Two golden members of staff that I would highly recommend, thank you girls xx

Before I write my review I want everyone who reads it to know that I write it not with any malicious intent! I visit this salon twice a week to have my hair washed as I have spinal injuries which prevents me from doing it, which I appreciate the girls greatly. I am always very cautious when out especially after weeks of leaks in the salon they have finally had their basin & chairs replaced. I have been to Lucia’s a couple times and I cannot recommend this salon enough. I came in recently for a colour and hair up for my friend’s wedding. Grace did a lovely job and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the salon. The salon is very inviting, I was even offered a coffee whilst my colour was developing and a complimentary head massage. Grace was very thorough in our consultation and gave me the exact result I was after, even with the hair up she took her time and made sure it was how I wanted it. I love going to this salon? I’ve been going here every week for the last few years. It may just be around the corner from my home but I go there for the Stylist as they make me feel so special every time I walk in. I love all their different personalities, they are always kind loving caring ladies. They treat every customer new or regular like royalty, Everything we all want when finding that special someone to work on our hair.
