He quoted a rate range and then felt that his quote was too high and lowered his charge! Imagine finding a expert with morals! I cannot think of anything more I would want from a provider.

He came over right away, was very thorough and knowledgable, and pricing was very fair.
Lois came to inspect the foundation and chimney of a home we were in the process of buying. He did a thorough inspection and took time to explain in layman's terms their findings on the spot and then in 2/3 days followed up with a detailed report which included pictures and estimates for the recommended repairs.
On time and fast turn around with report and specks for job.
