I found Mr. Perez very informative and educational with all questions I asked. He answered all my questions so that I was able to understand the structural terms with the condition of my problem. Mr. Perez never made me feel as though he was in or that my questions were without merit. I would have no reservations to call on Mr. Perez with any future concerns I may have, as well as recommend him to family and friends.

Mr. Perez was available on short notice to perform a structural inspection. He was reachable over the weekend to schedule an appointment. He was on time and professional. He gives insights as he inspects. He was there for an hour (about the expected time) and briefed us on his findings. He had the report ready in under 24 hours. His cost was slightly higher than I hoped, but he provided good value.
Mr Perez looked at our basement cracks carefully and explained our options very clearly, with helpful sketches, and a detailed report. He gave us confidence to go ahead with a big repair project.
