A very detail and experience professional!!
Mr. Perez was very thorough with his inspection. He did not mind getting a bit dirty -- he had to go into my dirt crawl space under the house to inspect my foundation!! He gave great suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. His report was sent the very same day! Extremely satisfied with his services. I would definately recommend him.

My home was checked out from top to bottom and no structural defects were found. Some items were pointed out in the atic that were none related and that I just had fixed which were very good ideas. I would hire them again.
