Luis was able to be out the same day as the initial call, performed the inspection and I had the certification emailed to me that evening. That is an amazing turn around.

Positive was fast service, very personable and nice manners on the phone. But $650 to write a report is more than going to see a doctor, the engineer showed up with no ladder to inspect an attic requiring me.to run to the neighbors to borrow one and no invoice was provided for the money paid until I requested it.
They gave me good service, everything was cleared out and looking forward to working with them again in the future.
Years of experience...very detailed.
The work was not fully completed, but he cash my check. He did eventually finish the job though.
