Love pilates classes with Lucy. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are fun even though we are working hard and suitable for all abilities as I was an absolute beginner last September. I have also benefited from the mini pelvic floor course which is a must for us all as there is much more to it than we are told at post natal classes. Classes are small so very personable and all ages feel welcome.

I have been going to Lucy’s pilates class for a while now, and it’s my favourite time of the week! I recently haven't been able to make it for a few weeks and I have missed it so much. I walk out of her class feeling super relaxed and back in my body. I really appreciate the way she gives multiple options of difficulty levels and always reminds you to listen to your body, and just do what feels right for you at the time. Highly, highly recommend Lucy’s classes.

I’ve been attending Lucy’s class on a Thursday since September and I really enjoy it. Lucy is very welcoming and helpful and allows you to go at your own ability. She also has lots of useful tips. I really look forward to my class with her.

I am new to Pilates and really enjoy Lucy’s classes. Lucy is patient and observant, gently assisting and encouraging so you get the best out of her lessons without pushing yourself and allowing you to go at a pace that is good for you.
