Worst possible store for customer service. Literally non existent. Finally giving up with them.
Horrible products and worse service. Bought new refrigerator 33 days ago froze up not lowe's problem!! You do not stand behind your products. Reading the company's mission statement what a joke! Clearly once you make the sale the consumer is on their own! Your mission statement should read "we got your money the hell with you now" very disappointed in what was thought to be a quality business.
ANSWER YOUR PHONE LOWES LUMBER DEPARTMENT!!!! >:(
