I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Lowe’s and Lowe’s Production. I bought a beautiful stainless-steel sink and paid for installation on 7/19/18. I will never special order from Lowe's again. The local store schedules deliveries without even confirming that the date is ok with the customer and they will not even give a time frame window! Beware if you order that you may need to take an entire day off of work for a delivery! They said that I can call them the morning of to see IF they can provide a time window. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Lowes Chillicothe but our most recent purchases and deliveries have been completely worthless. Bought a brand new mower that was delivered damaged and getting them to deliver anything is like hitting the lottery. There must be new management or needs a management review cause they have went downhill in the last couple years
Last trip to the Chillicothe store couldn’t get any help cause all the employees were to busy texting & talking on cell phone !!!!

The gentlemen that helped us in plumbing and trim were great. But when we went back the next day to pick it up (we had already paid for it the day before) I sat there on a bucket for 1 hour and 20 before he could bring it to me.
