We were in the store today and they would not honor military discount for my husband because he didn't have his veteran card. He does however have a military seal on his ID. Which he had to give copies of his honorable discharge papers to be able to get in the 1st place. His ID was good enough to get 10% off of all of our kitchen cabinets last fall, but was apparently not good enough to get a discount on our $180 worth of lights. Three busy weekends in a row and no assermbler. That is poor scheduling and a bad management choice. Sadly disappointed in what was my favorite project store.
Whichever idiot told my friend to use big chunky gravel under her paverstone patio needs to be fired. Yes you use gravel but not this kind and she needed to put sand over it. I've built patios before this project is a God damn mess because of it and I will forever curse the employees of the Chillicothe, Ohio lowes. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits! Dammit �
