Today my daughter and I came into your store today and we have never had a better experience before at Lowe's. Shane, Mike and Beth were so knowledgeable and helpful during our purchase and potential purchase on carpet. I walked out feeling like we made the right decision and like we mattered no matter the price as well as feeling like we were the only customers in the store! Thank you so much Lowe's Chillicothe!!
Truly appreciated the service we received at Lowe's yesterday! Especially from Larry in the lawn mower department. He was very patient with all our questions and knew the product he was selling! He made our transaction a smooth and positive one! We need more like him!
After waiting for assistance in the blind cutting area for more than 30 minutes while they were being called over the intercom the whole time and I seen more than a dozen associates wandering around aimlessly. I became pissed off after basically being ignored. I then put more than $500 worth of Levolor blinds back on the shelf and left.
