easy to find, easy in and out
Made a purchase last night, and like always we received great customer service from any employee we came across. Clean and easy to find what we were looking for in a little amount of time!
Unprofessional, bad customer service. Whoever is the regional manager of this store needs to do some training with their staff. I say regional because we spoke with the store manager and im not sure that went anywhere. I’m wondering if they even read these reviews because I haven’t seen any effort from the store to reach out to people/ customers who’ve had a bad experience.
Bought washer and dryer set and was to be delivered today 5/25/19. and was told I would be called to let me know an about time they would be at my home. was home all morning and went outside about 11 to find a note saying missed delivery at 9:30. Not once did I hear my door or get a call. what's the point of giving 2 phone numbers if u dont contact ur customers. Now trying to figure out should I just return it all and go somewhere else. love it there,any time of year
Bought a bad washer And they never checked to see if it leaked when they installed it and when I did laundry it leaked everywhere! I’m buying a different brand but delivery is an issue must wait ! Nice customer service they do not go out of there way to help you and won’t send truck here tomorrow ! Lowe’s is so very disappointing and I will never ever buy another thing there’ they consider Lowe delivery when it is convenient for them they do not give a crap about unhappy customer and how they ruined my floor
Nice prices,Lots of help,and motorized carts for us old folks.
i've had too many negative experiences at this (and honestly all) lowe's to recount... it's only out of habit that i keep going back... and that's a habit that must be broken.
