Can I give them less than 1 star? They are awful!!! At least their customer service desk personnel are sorry!! The Assistant Store Manger on Duty yesterday was clueless. I had to call their Customer Service Line (1-866-327-7053) from the Customer Service Desk and they called the store while they put me on hold and told a Manager to go to the Customer Service desk to assist me!!!!!! Then, He was totally unable to resolve the issue!!! Clueless!!!!!!
Fridge of 7 months went out, they won't be able to come out until the 24th for warranty issue.. wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have 3 kids at home all day out for summer break all under 7.

I'm finding it more and more difficult to continue shopping at Lowe's. This store specifically. Why is it that you can make me wait in your store for assistance, sometimes 30 minutes or more as was the case recently when I wanted yo purchase a new dishwasher. Then make me wait AGAIN for someone to call and set up an installation appointment. Why can't this be done at time of purchase .... Went to the store last night, kid in garden area didn't know how to use a gift card- when he THOUGHT it worked, he bent it up so we had to get it back- he basically said the card was useless & offered his apologies. We went back today & went to another register w/more items. The cashier was running 2 registers. She was extremely polite & knew EXACTLY what to do w/the card! Not once in her fervor to help everyone so they didn't have to wait, she kept a smile, remained calm & had the best attitude- just a different experience ... read more
The front end manager and the self checkout clerk was very helpful to me with navigating the Self Checkout register. The manager even offered to open a register if that would make it easier for me.
Do not waste your time at this store...Lowe's itself is a great store, just go to the one on Watson. Employees at the Watson store actually care about customer service, Hwy96 employees could care less!! Very bad experiences in both the flooring dept. & appliances on different occasions. Will only shop here if the store on Watson doesn't have something I need right away!!
