Best customer service today, thanks to Katie at the Pick up desk. I tried to purchase a zero turn mower online and had problems with the website. I went to the store and Katie gave the website a try for me and it still wouldn't work. Instead of telling me to call customer service for help she called herself. After being on hold forever she finally got someone on the line and got the order placed. Great service and a wonderful attitude! Thanks so much!

We purchased kitchen cabinets over 2 weeks ago. Was told they were “in stock”. Apparently in stock means they are at a different store in a different state. Now we are being told that our file is lost. So now we have no idea where has our cabinets and when will thy will come in. We have torn up our floors assuming the cabinets would be here because we are replacing those as well. Instead , we have been walking on subfloor and Lowe’s has no idea where our cabinets are. ?????

I went on a Saturday afternoon to buy a toilet! Pressed the call button and someone came and told me someone would be there to help me in a few minutes! Twenty minutes later I put all the stuff in my cart away and walked out!!! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

This store has the absolute worst customer service. They do not care about their customers. Don't yourself a favor and do not purchase any large items from them. If you have any problems, they are not concerned with helping you. I've had an ongoing, unresolved issue going on for over a year now. We had a manger just up and walk away without acknowledging we were waiting for her to discuss what we needed to resolve our issue. No help what so ever. Acted like they could not be bothered. I asked someone who is the department I needed to find an item to see if they had something in stock and they said they didn’t. Didn’t offer to order said item so I went to customer service told to go back to department to order... given the run around. Lost a customer for sure

Thanks to Lowe's (appropriate name) and Stain Master Cushion, our floors in our 150 year old home are destroyed. We have spent approximately $60,000 dollars at Lowe's in the past 5 years, They have seen the last of our money! HOME DEPOT ALL THE WAY!

This store's customer service is horrible. I try not to go to this store even though it's less than a mile from my home. Every once in a while I think maybe it's changed. It has not changed. Customer service desk employees were extremely rude today and cashiers would rather talk to each other rather than check-out, and be courteous, to customers. Looks like an email to lowes . com is needed after today's visit. This store needs to be trained by the Watson Blvd. store.
