I realize we are in a pandemic, but that doesn’t mean we lose our customer service. Y’all need to learn to answer a phone. We ordered an oven on 4/19, supposed to be delivered on 4/21, you say it’s on back order and delivered on 5/3. Your website site says you have 2 in stock. I call to check and see if item is really available, I’m told appliance person is with customer and to call back in an hour. no today's the first day that the government allowed some businesses to reopen and this Lowe's has removed all safety procedures for the covid virus. the parking lot is full and nobody's following the distancing required by the the government's recommendations and requirements. it's scary there don't go.
Nope! I use to love this place. Has gone down tremendously with customer service. Past three visits where terrible experiences.
Do not do business at this store................they completely lied to me about a purchase yesterday, charged us for services they are not going to provide, and are not going to install or haul away what we had paid for. the manager won't come to the phone and no one is taking care of this problem. We have spent thousands in this store since moving here, and this is th service we get? Does no one have compassion or professionalism any more?
Lowes in Warner Robins on 96 stayed open to shopping for flowers and paint while Houston County became the LEADING Covid and deaths HOT SPOT in all of Houston County! This is unforgivable! Concerned citizens begged them to go to curb side pick up or delivery of ESSENTIALS only, but they refused! They even refused our own Mayor! Worse costumer service, I went to self check out and the price was incorrect so I ask the lady for help and she give me the nastiest look and she told me to go to the cashier because she couldn’t help me. Definitely would drive longer to go to homedepot next time
Requested assistance 5 times to load up fence panels. Finally someone showed up after I had 4 of the 7 loaded on a cart. Then it’s another witch hunt to find the guy that was to meet us at the truck to load up
