The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not order carpet from Lowe’s. They will tell you they ordered the carpet when actually they haven’t even put it in the computer. The store manager and the sales manager and every associate we encountered were so unhelpful. No one could handle the problem they just wanted to pass us along to the next person. The customer service has declined rapidly over the last few years. None of the employees are helpful to the customers. My husband has shopped lowes for many years and has never been treated more poorly since he got put on oxygen. Not a single employee offered to help my husband load lumber. They stared at him as he loaded it with an oxygen tank on his back.. today wasn't the first time. They have a very proactive and immediate storm/tornado action plan. The staff was very professional and maintained calm prior to and after the Tornado warnings sirens started. Good job Lowe’s.

I'm very disappointed with this location, hwy 96 Kathleen. GA. Bought 2 different items that rang up incorrectly. One rang up for $9 plus when the shelf was marked $8.47 and the only reason she changed it was the shelf with the yellow discounted price was just opposite her register. We had purchased 7 of these concrete backed boards. The floor mud tile was priced $6 and some change on the shelf. it rang up at $7.28 but she couldn't be bothered to get someone to check the price. Lowe's new slogan "let's make your shopping experience so miserable you will go to Home Depot ". The service and customer service at Lowe's don't even deserve a star. Saw there are 51 stores closing. Do us a favor, close all the stores.
