We have on two separate occasions bought retainer wall stones for our landscaping projects in the last two weeks. The first time we went into the store and purchased and told them we would come back the next day to pick up. If you ever need anything for your garden or home do not let me repeat that do not go to Lowe's they suck, go to Home Depot for all your home and garden needs.
Am so very dissappointed with this store. We ordered two custom gates the first of June. We were called by Matthew who said he was the project manager on June 28. Said the gates would be there the next day. He said they would be calling as soon as they came in to schedule installation. The next week he called and said they would not be in until the end of July. We called and left a message with the office for him to call us back. Very hard to get help... Tried to check out an asked about the price of some wood was advised by cashier that she couldn't help me an to talk to a manager or customer service, then she advised me she couldn't ring me up at self check out because she wasn't allowed an when I did use self checkout and asked about my veteran discount she advised me that I couldn't use it unless I had a Lowe's card so I told her I'd go to home Depot because it's not that difficult there her reply was have a nice trip.. The lack of customer service this store shows customers is unbelievable. This store does not care about customers and is not concerned with helping you.
I don’t normally have an issue here but I recently purchased a stove and was told it wasn’t in stock. They would order and deliver within three to five days. Fine. They delivered today (day 5) a stove with no packaging on it and it’s dirty. I call the store and three different employees insist that it’s a brand new stove. I get transferred to shipping and get told the stove I bought came in with a huge dent so they sent me the floor model. I bought a NEW stove and paid a NEW stove price!
