Pro services is an absolute joke. They have straight lied to my face over and over. I ordered doors beginning of August. It now November and still missing one. Even though I still go here sometimes because of the convenience of it being close to my house. This is a corporation and will not help you out when the products they sell are garbage. Bought a troy bilt push mower that lasted a year. I didnt get a extended warranty. My bad. So then i bought a husqvarna 300 buck push mower with a 3 yr plan. Never buy carpet from these guys. We bought the "top of the line" stainmaster carpet and what was installed was subpar. Of course we had to have it sent off to stainmaster to "have it tested." Of course they say the thread count is correct according to the description of the carpet. When I requested they test the thread count of the sample they use to lure you in to buy the carpet they refused. Imagine that!!! What you see is NOT what you get.
