Do not buy Maytag Washer MVWC200XW3, Stopped working after 2 years. Have extended warranty. The lid lock flashes on and off, machine will not start. Repairman states that it is a common defect in the machine. Took 4 days for repairman to contact me. Takes 3 to 7 days to get the part. Then a date of repair has to be scheduled. Lowes Corporate office are sorry but they cannot do anything. Manager at store cannot do anything. Maytag cannot do anything. Did I mention that it sometimes chews up men's t-shirts.
Customer service sucks. Was in store for 30 minutes before I got management. Took 10 minutes for management to come to customer service. Just wanted some simple verticle blinds. Then the manager gets a person who has never done it before to cut my blinds. Really? About to shop at Home Depot.
Poor customer service. DO NOT buy any kitchen cupboards at Lowe's. They made a mistake with the measurements for a formica top for a cupboard that they were also supplying. They didn't care when I went back to tell them that the formica top is exactly the same size as the cupboards! When it was supposed to be 8 inches longer. The top is useless. Had to order another with MY measurements and at my cost! Last time I will step into Lowe's. Cannot imagine what a kitchen would look like!
It took 32 minutes to get a chest freezer from the back. I could have walked back and gotten it myself. The store wasn't remotely busy as there were 4 employees standing near the exit doors doing nothing.
