I want to ask why being a military retiree, why do I have to sign up on your website when you know all military members, retired or active duty carry ID cards? I was not even asked for proof that I was in the military.

I went there looking for cabinet hinges. I stood there for over 20 minutes and the associate standing right behind me did not say one word to me. He stood at his little stand and totally ignored me. As I started to walk off another gentle man approached the same area where we were, the associate then ask that person can I help you with something. I am not a racist by a long shot, but it just so happen that I am an African American and the other gentle was Caucasian.
I went in to ask for a classroom donation of large-sized paint sticks. Without any hesitation, the gentleman in the paint department gave me the full set. Thank you so much for the generous donation! My pre-kindergarteners are going to be so excited to see the finished product and work on name spelling with these! :)
They have a better selection of flowers sometimes and they always have a wider selection and better pricing on clearance in the garden section. Being that I don't have a lot of money and am still working out the kinks on not killing my plants, it's good to know I can buy them at $.50 - 1.00 and not break the bank!
I cant believe that the Lowes in pooler had my curtains on sale but was,out ,so the sent me to Savannah. Full price there. Worthless place. Home depot so much more accomidating.
I walked in and had a long list on my phone for several projects. The gentleman who helped me was patient and helped me find the most economical options for several of the items. Thanks!
Twenty minutes and two phone calls later, I am still on hold. All I need to do is check to see if an item is in stock. HORRIBLE customer service, Lowe's. And your people answering the phone are in total lack of people skills.
Warranty is truly not worth it! As long as we have spending lots of money at this store we will no longer shop at Lowe's period. If the warranty won't cover the engine in the lawn mower what does it cover! Then even with this so called warranty you want a $45.00 diagnostic fee! After having the lawn mower for three weeks without calling us to tell us anything! My husband finally had to call you! So now we went to Sears and brought a warranty!
