A lady climbed the ladder five times to search for scroll saw blades that were in stock. A man with 28 years with Lowe’s cane over and we found them !! Excellent effort on their part!!! Thanks, Lowe’s!!
Your store Management and all employees connected to your Lawn and Garden Department should be FIRED! I was in the store several times in the last few weeks for plants! Yesterday was unbelievable that no one has kept your plants watered! Everything inside was dry and the parking lot was actually becoming a fire hazard from dried out plants, shrubs and trees! Went to shop for high-end Husqvarna trimmers that sell around $300! Took about 30 minutes to find a store clerk to help. One walked by and suggested I download their App to figure out my questions. Finally another showed up and I said why didn’t they have their more expensive trimmers on display? They were in the boxes up on top of the shelves. (Only the cheap models were on display). He basically shrugged me off and confirmed that for $300 I could not even hold one! Ridiculous!! They get an “F”!!!!
Savannah Ga Lowe’s at 11114 Abercorn St. Sunday 8/19/2018 Dale with customer service helped my friend purchase a John Deere riding mower. Top notch employee...after traveling from Vidalia Ga Lowe’s where the mower had just sold before we got there...had the experience of dealing with Dale. This guy has THE BEST attitude of any employee I’ve dealt with in a retail environment (I’m a 55 year old woman- that’s a lot of retail environments) Made the trip and purchase enjoyable.
