Super annoyed !!! We bought3 gallons of the same color paint , two gallons on Friday and One gallon on Sunday We were definitely given the wrong color on Sunday. After we spent the entire weekend painting every room, we now have to do it again. It took 3 gallons and Lowe’s manager will only refund /replace one gallon. We should not have to pay for their mistake.
I would leave no stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money. Drive to Pooler and avoid this locations at all cost. Poor management and service
Went to buy some paint at this store. The app shows the paint for $61.60 on sale, but the store refuses to honor their OWN price. Don’t waste your time. They want to charge me more than double. Very disappointed in this store.

Positively the worst experience! I am having a small galley kitchen redone. Cabinets were delivered Feb 23 , kitchen demolished April 16, counter tops were incorrectly ordered and installed, this required an additional 2 weeks delay. It’s now June 14. No water in kitchen again , job is about 75%done . All promises made about getting job completed have been lies. The men actually doing the work are not the problem . I love Lowe’s! Went on my lunch break to purchase a lot of stuff needed for bathroom remodel. I was so happy to be in & out in under 40 minutes. Within that time, at least 3 employees asked if they could help me. I prefer to shop at this store instead of another similar store closer to my home. This store makes that extra time in the car worthwhile!
Went to pick up material for 2 customers that they had had purchased 2 weeks prior. They were told, and it was on the ticket with the pickup date. Yip you guessed it wasn't ready. After the lady called that department and they finally called back I was told to get my truck and pull it up by the overhead door. I did. Isn't in the truck and waited and waited. Worst experience ever. Wish I could choose zero stars. Only silver lining was the guy at the 1-800 customer care number who finally figured out at 930 pm that the washer I waited for literally all day ( and was assured 4 times over the phone was on the truck) never actually left the store.
