Although I like the store, this review is about amazing customer service. Had an issue with the delivery of a new Weber gas grill. Andrew, a manager on customer service, was helpful, professional, and completely satisfied my issue. I started out never wanting to shop there again, and now it will be my store of choice. Thank you, Andrew! Very well done.
It is Absolutely ridiculous that Veterans have to sign up on your website to validate time in service when I presented two forms of valid IDs; VA ID and my dual status ID for veterans. I will not return. It should not be this much of a hassle.
Two days after I made a thousand dollar purchase of an air compressor, I returned to lowes to round up some odd bolts and material to do a woodworking project I had seen on you tube. Not knowing of the thousand dollars I had spent two days before, Mike M. In hardware gave me the most help I have ever recieved in lowes. He even watched the you tube video on my phone then proceded to round up everything I needed for my project. Mike M. Is a valuable asset to your store. Thanks again, Mike M.!

We had a very nice woman helping us buy a dishwasher. She had come down from Rockland County NY.
Welp... I'm never shopping there again. $2k in home blinds purchase... 3+ weeks to get them and now we are just waiting for people to do their jobs at this store. Way to just flat out fail.
