I usually dont take the time to write reviews, however I felt the need to since an employee at lowes in savannah named james gave me by far the best customer service ive ever received from any department store ive been in. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me locate certain items and had an answer to every question I asked. You guys are lucky to have such a great employee that takes pride in his job..

Terrible customer service. Sharon should not be in management based on today's experience, very arragonant. Not willing to help customer a take it or leave it attitude. They advertise items that if you don't want display they will not order it if classifed as non stock but customer can order it and have shipped to store ???
