We are re-doing our whole house and have spent thousands of dollars here, appliances came with dents sent them back took more than 10 days they promised. Cabinets, they forgot to even order one so more than 10 days for that. We just stopped to get carpet for one room and hallway took an hour, unreal then the guy said we'll send some one out to help you load...nope husband did it self thanks Lowe's I really spent alot of money there. Will not recommended your store

Just left your Muskegon location after wandering around the appliance department for 15 minutes without help! Saw a couple guys standing around talking. Guess you didn't want my money today!
Horrible customer service from the flooring department. All the guys that worked there are very friendly and helpful. The women however.... let's just say not helpful at all.
