I was in the garden department looking for a specific flower- nicotaina. The online app said it was available, but we couldn’t find it so we approached an employee, an older lady, where it was located. I even showed her my cellphone showing that this item was in stock. She exclaimed “We don’t have those” so I again said the app shows it in stock and then I asked her if she could look the item up. Bought three items online. Two delivery and one in store pick up. The delivery charges my bank account 8 times emoting it twice. Lowes response it is a glitch but nothing we can do. Had $15 in charges from bank. Two phone online associates said that manager would and yet no one has called. Canceled the online portion of order. Two days later they charge my account again. The assistant store manager, Branden, is awesome!! He took time to help us with designing kitchen cabinets. We came back 2 days later to purchase, and he helped with the entire thing!! Explained to us how to stain and seal our butcher block, loaded all of our cabinets onto carts and the trailer and helped us with all the parts needed for installation. What an awesome guy to work with!! We will be back when it's time for appliances just because of how nice and helpful he is!

Todd and AJ delivered my stove today and were very efficient, nice, and even got me a power cord for it when they found out they hadn't told me it was a separate purchase. The day before Thanksgiving- I would have been lost without an oven.
