Where are all the employees, last night we waited 30 minutes for for help in the carpet section,finally just walked out. This is the second time we've walked out without a purchase
I'm very disappointed that lowes has stoped there children building clinics ... and honesty it was a dumb financial move since every time I went there was always a huge line with parents buying more projects for there kids ...
Went to Lowe's today to buy a fridge for the garage and we had exceptional service!! Vaughn was the man's name but he went above and beyond and even helped us strap down and secure the fridge. I highly recommend him if you're looking for great assistance.
I found Lowe's to be better than Menards and Home Depot
I've shopped at Lowe's for a long time now. Always had an enjoyable time and good pricing, but today I was there to pickup a tire for my lawn mower, I am a veteran and have served for multiple services (Marine Corp and US Air Force). I was using my state ID card to verify veteran status and was informed that "Lowe's " no longer accepts that type of proof of status. Went to purchase appliances yesterday and asked a few questions to Mike Woodwyk...thank goodness I did! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and price matched the items on his own (I wouldn't have thought of it!) He is the only person I will talk to from now on re appliances...great guy and highly recommended and appreciated!! :)
So the professional guy at lowes has really upset me. I went to menards and got a quote for a pole barn. Then just out of curiosity, I took that quote to Lowe's of Muskegon to see if they could beat Menards price. First mistake. They beat it, but as it was being built we found several supplies missing. Of course each time i drove to lowes to get the missing supplies from the PACKAGE they quoted me, I of course was charged. Now that package price is about 1000 more than they quoted me.
