I asked for help and was given all the time I needed
Went to purchase Kitchenaid appliances today. Apparently, their price match guarantee has a lot of fine print. We were told appliances are considered special order and would not match Home Depot’s price for the dishwasher (a $60 difference.) We might have still made the purchase but the associate clearly could care less if we did business there and was less than helpful. I’m surprised at the poor service and expensive purchase they were willing to send to a competitor.
My best customer service experience at Lowe's EVER! Thanks to Sam! Sam in the tile & flooring department was not only knowledgeable of the products, he actively listened to me as I asked detailed questions. I felt he understood my project and what I needed to be successful. He added pointers on why I may want to choose one product over another. And most importantly, I didn't feel rushed, he helped me through to the end. (loaded my cart as well!) Thank you Lowe's on Sherman for employing him at your store!
We recently bought a new appliance. An unfortunate incident occurred and we lost power for a day and our furnace for almost a week. However, Lowes really stepped up and did the right thing. Very nice managers.
I've always had a decent experience here. Help was there when needed and I found everything I needed. I really liked that I could use Google to quickly locate where items were within the store.
The workers there are racist a black customer was in line today waiting to be rung up and when that time came because she was black she was asked to go to another line the cashier refused to ring her up because she was black � everyone else that was in line were white and they were rung up with no problems nor hesitation I will NEVER come there and spend a dime whether I am black or white red or blue if my money is green I should never be denied service because of the color of my skin
Every time I go in the Muskegon Lowe's there is only one cashier lines are very long you tell a manager and all they have to say is they are trying to hire people but they will be five or six employees just standing around talking up front
