I usually try and do all my home improvement shopping at this location in Goose Creek. Today I stopped in to buy a few sheets of plywood and nail guards to lay some flooring in the attic for a new Central heat and air unit that I am having installed. I had 1 out of 5 different associates finally help me fine the " nail guards" that I was looking for. After wandering the store for 20 min. I need to thank the manager on duty on the evening of 6/13 - for being such a jerk (substitution required) and not honoring our quote. If it wasn't for him not honoring a $50 difference in price, we would not have known that Home Depot had the exact same door for $220 cheaper. Guess where we will be going from now on after spending thousands of dollars at Lowes over the years!!
Out of 14 employees i passed, 3 where workimg and the rest were chit chatting . No management and less careing except for one employee.
there is no one around to help anyone...when we finally snagged someone and we were trying to buy fans, another woman walked up with a question and he up and left us......absolutely no help in the garden dept.....ummmmi am under 5 ft...how was I to get the hanging baskets...???/ had to ask a man looking for his own plants.......you need more COMPEANT help. other than that we love your selection and prices.
Need better organize and customer services . It is not my first time have bad experiences; I hope it will improve because it is no Home Depot around goose creek area
