One of my favorite stores! It has everything I always need and the staff is always very helpful.
Bought a drill that was suppose to be brand new. Well husband opened it on christmas morning and it was used and dirty! Tomorrow ill be at lowes bright and early!
Terrible customer service. Every time I call and get transferred, after about 10 rings it hangs up on you. Workers on the front desk don’t seem to care. Placed a special order and when I actually talk with someone, they can never find the order.
I️ am D�O�N�E with Lowes. We ordered 4 appliances from them on 10/20 and the delivery date was 10/31. They had our old address in the system so we updated it and the receipt printed out with our old address so the associate said he fixed it in the computer. I️ called a week before our delivery was scheduled to confirm the address change and was told it was still incorrect so I️ updated it with a customer service rep. I seriously wish I didn't have to give any stars at this point. I've had a few bad experiences with Lowe's in Summerville so I decided to start going to the Lowe's in Goose Creek. Their store was cleaner and at first the customer service was surprisingly better. But that was short lived. My fiancé and I purchased a washer and dryer set about two years ago, smooth sailing. I gave a 1 because I can't give lower. A week ago we ordered a generator (only because they assured me that I would definitely get one before next week) and then they call me today and say I'm not getting one. I depended on them and now it is right before the hurricane and no one has any. I will NEVER shop at this chain again. THEY SUCK!! ps: the employee said "but we are offering a $100 gift card". What a joke!
Been there a LOT over the summer. Garden employees have been helpful and friendly. Had one chick in paint with an attitude. But yesterday we were in lumber. 2 guys stacking OSB. Asked if while they were stacking they could put 3 sheets on our cart. One of them said "Yeah, whatever." They loaded them and the second one was nice when we thanked them. The first one just walked away. Disgusted with this BS.
The customer service at this Lowes has gone downhill tremendously! Multiple times my husband and I have simply walked out of this store because we couldn't get help with something. Tonight, we lucked out and an older, experienced gentleman helped us with a plumbing part. We go to check out and all but one of the registers were closed, even the self serve registers.
