So we started with a new kitchen and was well taken care of AT FIRST - now, I have been calling for a month now with no one returning calls for that last 2 weeks - counter top install TOMORROW and they still have not sent someone to finish with a brace for the counter top. I had to hire a different contractor to come and do what Lowes promised and has not done. I STILL have issues with my cabinets.. have called the store several times and main office in North Carolina and STILL NOTHING!!!
RecommendedSeems ridiculous that staff is yelling at folks to stand 6” behind a person but when you are standing next to a person while both at register not even 2” apart and cashier standing behind a shield but they have to come around to scan your items in the cart like were you really thinking about safety. You got workers assisting customers where is there safety

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but that may have ended today. I was patiently waiting for assistance at the wood cutting station. Just needed one piece of plywood cut. I had already notified the help desk and didn’t mind waiting. As I’m waiting a balding 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 looking to be in his fifties approached me and said someone would be there soon. Does not recommend The man at the lumber cutting department was the grouchiest man I’ve ever met at Lowe’s We tried being friendly but he had none of it. We are disabled and a disabled vet. We wanted to ask for it to be loaded but was afraid to. Not sure what his problem is but there’s no need to take it out on the customers.
It's only two miles from me and it's good for quick trips when I need something.
I just had a dishwasher installed that we bought from Lowe’s Goose Creek. The installer was one of the nicest and most thorough installers that I have ever met. I highly recommend him. He made this one of the best experiences I have ever had!
