Tried my first online lumber order. Around 8am. I spoke with a person thru the chat option to ask some questions. They advised that I could order and pay online and the order should be ready in about an hour. Told me that I would receive notification when it was ready. Well it was a big failure. I waited as long as I could 2pm! Went to the store no notification, no order. spoke with 3 different people. I had my order number and invoice number. No Luck!! ORDER NOT READY!!! I will try Home Depot next.
After a horrible experience at the Summerville Lowes this morning I was not looking forward to appliance shopping. I decided to drive to Goose Creek Lowes to see if I’d have better luck there. The service was amazing and didn’t take long at all. I’m super excited about our appliance purchase. Thank you for your help Joe!

The parking lot is unsafe at night. it is WAY TOO DARK. Even the employees agree. I would avoid this store at all costs until they fix the lighting
Your storage manager was useless as a fork lift guide. She vainly tried directing the operator while removing and loading a metal building for us Sunday. She endangered the guy’s life by telling him to get under the load that’s an OSHA class A safety violation
I just went to lowes in goose creek south carolina to get MDF board. I wanted the board cut into 2ft by 3ft. The young guy that was doing the cutting said ok. After he made 3 cuts he said he cant do anymore because we cant cut the same board more than 3 cuts. I have never heard of this before and nothing was posted about this. I will never go to Lowes ever again.
I bought 2 sheets of plywood today and was told that they do not do project cuts anymore. The associate cut the sheets in half for me so they would fit in my small suv but I still scratched my interior getting them in. I called Home Depot when I got home and asked if they cut plywood into shelves if I came in and bought a sheet. She told me yes, not a problem. Guess I’ll be shopping at Home Depot from now on.
