Today we tried the Curb Pickup for the first time. Everything was great except for the wait for them to bring out my order. We waited about 35 minutes. As a note, the parking spot time limit was 15 minutes. Sitting in the car for 35 minutes is easier than walking thru the store, but I would expect a little quicker service. Over-all, still a great experience.

The paint department at the Goose Creek SC is horrible. My son and I stood there for a while trying to get help even after they looked us right in the eyes and ignored us. we said forget it ill go to home depot and walked away. immediately following an ethnic couple walked up and the two associates were tripping over each other to assist them. After that experience I will never shop for paint at Lowes again. That is racism I don't care what color you are.
The associates are always available to help
I needed the help of a Flooring associate on two separate days. Each day I was helped by a kind and knowledgeable associate. Michael and Andrew are top notch employees. They both went above and beyond.
Everyone was helpful. I get to take my medium/large dog shopping with me...love this so much about Lowe’s!!!!! This Lowe’s was very clean and well stocked.
Shout out to Henry in the tool section! Henry helped me pick out a set based on my skillset and helped me find the accessories needed for the projects I mentioned. He was patient as I used my very "technical" terms to explain what I was trying to accomplish, answered my questions, and provided tips/cautions. Thank you!
