Bad set up for trucks del and not a friendly place
Well, we usually have a good experience when we go there...but on 2/12/17 it was the worst time!!! We were told the store is "Revamping" and certain things that employees could once do now require authorization which they no longer have. Then they have separate systems that seem to not link together when trying to pay for a future order to be delivered. Was very disappointed on this trip.
I'm consistently impressed with the helpful, cheerful customer service that I receive here. Once the employees in the plumbing department walked me step-by-step through a hot water heater replacement saving me hundreds of dollars on a professional installation.
Went there to buy a toilet. Garden center staff were really nice ... Attitude received from the lady covering the plumbing area. Won't go there again unless it's for flowers ��.
Lowes doesnt care about anything but the bottom line. Your money is better spent at Home Depot
One of the best Lowe's stores in the Tricounty. Associates are very helpful, the store is neat and clean.
